Which currency do I pay in?
We always charge in Cape Verdean escudos (CVE) or euros (EUR). The US dollar (USD) amounts shown on the site are for reference only.
Escudo and euro
The Cape Verdean escudo has a fixed parity with the euro, set by law: 1 EUR = 110.265 CVE. The conversion between escudos and euros does not move with the market. Converted amounts on the site may be rounded; the proposal shows the exact amount.
US dollar
The dollar has no fixed parity with the euro. USD prices are an approximate reference set by dkriol and do not follow the daily exchange rate.
Bank fees
If you pay from an account in another currency, your bank, Revolut or Wise may apply their own exchange rate or fees. These costs are not charged by dkriol: check them with your bank before paying.
